Just Wallpaper is a fantastic tool that lets you manage and display all of your Windows' wallpaper. You set up your own themes and add all the wallpaper images you desire. Using image masks you can make it appear that you are looking out a window at your wallpaper scene. Randomly select your masks or pick one to use all the time.
