Simple word2txt and word2html converter, written in PHP. Does NOT require MS software like MS Word, MS 0ffice etc. Does not require 0pen 0ffice too. Just PHP.
Can working in 2 modes: 0 - remove MS Word hypertext markup and 1 - convert MS Word hypertext.
Called Obninsk doc2text because this script was created first to process .doc-files that my mail-bots receive from Press-Service of Administration of Obninsk (the first Science-city of Russia) and because this script was released in the day of 50 year of ??????? city foundation.
